Can’t say enough about John and Angie and their level of communication and beyond going the extra mile of customer service. John took a pretty basic project and tuned it around in 48 hours. He educated me about prismatic powders that they use and helped me find exactly the correct product I envisioned, both color and finish. Also want to mention he treated me with complete priority even though I had basic and pretty simple piece to powder coat. He was very interested in the project I was using this for and I really appreciated that. I got another quote and lead tile was 4-6 weeks, and took 72 hours just to return my text. I just dropped off another piece that I expect will very done pretty quick too. Very friendly people and honest. No hidden fees or issues. Thank you Auto Envy for a great experience and interaction.

John and his team took care of me on a bike restoration project, and I could not be happier with the results. They were very patient with me (and my boxes of parts), gave me fair pricing, and stuck with their timeline. I highly recommend, and will be using them again. Check out these before and afters.

I had been planning to get some powder coating done on my Harley, but every shop I contacted seemed uninterested. Even when I met with some in person, they were dodgy. After asking around, I was indirectly recommended AE and ended up at a garage in Kannapolis. John and Angie, the husband-and-wife team there, were welcoming and really patient with my ideas. From the start, I could tell they genuinely cared about the quality of their work and ensuring I was happy with the direction. Both were very hands-on throughout the process. When the work was done, they informed me without having to ask & they encouraged to pick up my parts at my convenience(time of day) The powder coating turned out great, and although it took me a little while to get all the parts on and take pictures, I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I’m long overdue in writing this review, but I wanted to make sure I took the time to say thanks. If you’re looking for high-quality work with a personal touch, that’s exactly what I experienced with them.

Update 8/1/2024 it is really sad that Auto Envy continues to lie to themselves and others. Auto Envy did receive $1,575 from me. The remaining balance is not paid because they damaged my car so much and the car has not been repaired. John told both my husband and I not to worry about remaining payment. They wanted to make it right. To date that has not happened. Additionally, we were told they paid the subcontractor they hired $1,400.00 for the wrap when in fact there was an exchange of services between the subcontractor and Auto Envy. There was no payment made directly to the subcontractor to make the car whole, per the subcontractor himself. The only thing, I wish I did different was continuing to trust them when they were clearly in over their heads. John admitted as much. I always try to look at the good in people. I keep giving time to settle this out of court. Auto Envy has not been in contact with me in months. I have videos and I can have people testify. We will see if they are comfortable lying under oath. All of this could have been avoided had there been honesty. Update 6/3/24 my vehicle is still not fixed I've been no call no showed twice by their subcontractor. They a

Great service and quick turnaround time. They are very helpful in picking the right coating for your needs. I had them coat some shackles and fenders for my Jeep. I might try their plasma cutting service in the future.
